Class Sign-Up & Cancellation Policy
Class Reservations
All clients are required to register in advance for classes using the Renú Hot Yoga website or momence app. Walk-ins may be permitted based on availability but are not guaranteed.
Clients may book classes up to thirty (30) days in advance.
We kindly ask that clients only reserve classes they are committed to attending in order to allow space for others and ensure a consistent experience for all participants.
Class Cancellation Policy
Class cancellations must be made at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class, or failure to attend a reserved class, are considered late cancels or no-shows and will result in the following:
Unlimited Members: A $15 late cancel/no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
Class Pass Holders: One class credit will be deducted from the account.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, the next client on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class and notified via email or app notification.
Once added to the class from the waitlist, clients are subject to the same 12-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel in time or attend class will result in a fee or loss of class credit as described above.
It is the responsibility of the client to monitor their status on the waitlist and check for updates, especially when waitlisted for early morning classes.
Late Arrivals
To maintain the integrity and flow of class, doors will be locked at the start of class, and late entry will not be permitted.
Clients are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and set-up.
