MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Within Contract Term

a. Members who choose to cancel their membership prior to the completion of the agreed contract term will be subject to a contract buyout fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value. This fee will be charged to the card on file.
b. To initiate cancellation, the member must complete Renú Hot Yoga’s official Membership Cancellation Form in person during administrative office hours (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM).
c. This request must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled payment date. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the processing of the next scheduled payment before cancellation takes effect.

2. Cancellation After Contract Term

a. Members who have fulfilled their contract term may request cancellation at any time, either in person, via email, or via the form below during administrative office hours (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM).
b. To avoid additional charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled payment. Requests submitted within the 14-day window will result in the next payment being processed before cancellation becomes effective.

3. Membership Terms

a. Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, and may not be exchanged for class packages, merchandise, or other services.
b. All terms are binding for the duration of the membership unless otherwise stated in writing by Renú Hot Yoga.
